Refund Policy

At BardiaFit, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness coaching and personalized plans. Due to the nature of our services, we ask that you read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Online Plans
All digital products, including training programs, meal plans, and custom coaching plans, are non-refundable once delivered. These products are tailored to each client and cannot be reused or returned.
2. Personal Training Sessions (In-Person or Online)
If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from your package, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds for unused sessions are only considered under special circumstances and at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@bardiafit.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. No Guarantees
While we are dedicated to supporting your fitness journey, results vary from person to person. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not offer refunds based on personal progress or expectations.
